We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 on all orders within the United States. This flat fee ensures a simple and transparent checkout process regardless of the number of bags in your order.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

We aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below is the estimated timeline for orders placed within the United States:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Coverage

Qartsy currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Qartsy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your bag has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email address provided at checkout. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Method

We primarily use FedEx to ensure your bags reach you safely and on time. For premium or urgent requirements, we also offer DHL shipping upon request, though this may incur additional charges beyond our standard flat rate.

Address Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to modify the destination.

Wrong Address & Returns

If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer, the cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
