The product must match the original order details and must not be intentionally damaged or tampered with by the customer.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must submit a return request within 7 calendar days from delivery. This period ensures that any genuine issue can be identified promptly. After 7 days, return requests may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. We encourage customers to check their product immediately after receiving it.
Condition of Returned Products
For a successful return, the item must be returned in the closest possible original condition. This includes original packaging, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, safety seals, serial labels, and any included documentation. Products showing signs of physical breakage, unauthorized opening, burnt components, impact damage, or misuse may be rejected for return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, customization, or regulatory reasons. These include custom-built motors, specially manufactured units, clearance or sale items, already installed equipment, items altered after delivery, or products damaged due to incorrect wiring, voltage misuse, environmental exposure, or unauthorized repairs. Accessories damaged due to mishandling are also excluded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order information and a clear explanation of the issue. In some cases, we may request images or videos to understand the problem before arranging pickup. Once the request is approved, the return shipping process will be guided by our support team. Products must be securely packaged for safe return transit to prevent further damage.
Inspection & Verification
Once we receive the returned product, our technical inspection team evaluates the item under controlled testing conditions. The reported problem is verified and checked against policy eligibility. If the fault is confirmed and the product complies with our return conditions, the return is approved. If the issue is found to be caused by misuse or incorrect installation, the return may be declined.
Return Approval Outcome
After successful inspection approval, customers may choose either replacement or refund, depending on availability and policy terms. Replacement will be issued if the same model or compatible equivalent is available. If unavailable, refund processing will begin as per the refund procedure.
Shipping Responsibility
In cases where qartsy is responsible for the error such as damaged delivery, wrong item, or manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are covered by us. If the return is due to customer preference change or incorrect personal ordering selection, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Customer Cooperation Requirement
To ensure smooth and quick service, customers are expected to cooperate by sharing required order proof, responding to verification communication, securely packing the product for return, and not attempting unauthorized repairs before inspection. Honest communication ensures a smooth and fair process for everyone.
Order Cancellation & Returns
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated under the return policy instead of cancellation. Shipping and handling costs may not be refundable in such cases.
