This Refund & Return Policy explains in clear detail how returns, replacements, refunds, eligibility criteria, timelines, and procedures work so that every customer clearly understands their rights and how to get support whenever needed. Our products are technical and performance-based electrical items, so our policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Return & Refund Philosophy

Our goal is to ensure every customer receives exactly the product they ordered, in perfect working condition, safely packed and delivered. If for any reason the delivered item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not performing as expected, we encourage customers to contact us immediately so we can assist professionally and resolve the issue with honesty, transparency, and respect. We treat every case seriously and review it with care to ensure fairness to both our customers and business process.

Products Eligibility for Return

Products are eligible for return if they are received damaged, malfunctioning, manufacturing defective, missing components, significantly different from the description, or incorrect model/variant as compared to the confirmed order. Items must remain in original condition wherever possible and should not be physically broken, tampered, burnt, altered, or misused by the customer. Electrically damaged items caused by incorrect installation, voltage misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling are not eligible.

Return Window

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to process return or refund requests unless legally required under applicable consumer rights laws.

Condition of Returned Product

Returned items should include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, labels, serial numbers, safety stickers, and accessories. Product must be returned in secure packaging to avoid further damage during transportation. Any item that is incomplete, physically damaged, heavily scratched, burnt, mishandled, or altered may not qualify for return approval.

Inspection & Approval Process

Once we receive the returned item, our technical inspection team carefully evaluates the product to verify the reported issue. Approval of refund or replacement is done only after confirmation of defect or qualification under policy terms. If the product passes inspection and is deemed eligible, we proceed with refund or exchange as requested.

Refund Processing Time

Once the return is approved, refund is typically processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary and we do not control delays caused by financial institutions.

Mode of Refund

Refunds are always issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For card payments, refunds go back to the same card. For bank transfers, refunds will be sent to the same bank account used during purchase. Cash refunds are not provided.

Replacement Policy

If the customer prefers replacement instead of refund, we can arrange product exchange subject to availability. Replacement will only be dispatched once the returned product is received and approved.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Custom-built motors, special-order items, clearance products, used items, installed products, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund. Software, consumables, accessories broken by mishandling, and products altered or repaired by third party technicians are also excluded.
